Unwrap U- The Best Gift to Yourself for 2020 and Beyond!

What happens when 4 experts in their field have great synergy and a desire to help people build their best lives? A seminar of course!

Meru Hunter McHanon and I were working on another project when I met 2 other members of her seminar team, Leah Koester, professional organizer and Rachel Nolde, nutritional chef and health coach. Their enthusiasm was contagious and their message important as they collaborated on a desire to help people. I was even more inspired when I learned that their 4th expert was personal trainer and fitness competitor, Valerie Maksym.

As busy moms, wives, and business owners, these women know what it is like to try to get it all done, especially during the holiday season! They understand that it can put a strain on our own self care routines and finances. With this knowledge, they know that with a few guided tactics and strategies, people could unwrap their best gift, for now and the future, themselves! They have 2 main goals for their audience:

  • Have a less stressful holiday
  • Build that into 2020 and beyond for setting themselves up for success.

Each one of the women are an expert in their field: finance, nutrition, organization, and fitness. While you might think that there are no thread of commonalities in these 4 components, the truth is that the success in each of their disciplines are built upon the same core mindsets and practices.

I had the privilege of hosting these ladies on my show, The Unmuted Life. During this discussion, they share their missions and keys to success. They also each address what people’s largest challenge is in today’s society… you guessed it, TIME! and how to overcome the obstacle that holds us back.

While you will only get a taste of their expertise through the podcast, you will certainly want to follow and engage with these women. They can help you approach these critical aspects of your life with intentionality and a method for success,
